Hi, I'm Patricia! A registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and board-certified health coach on a mission to help ambitious women avoid burnout and thrive.
My own experience with burnout inspired me to write my award-winning book, From Burnout to Balance, which combines practical health advice with healing recipes.
Through the Wellness Intelligence™ Circle, I help women build realistic habits and supportive tools rooted in nutrition science, behavior change, and real life.
