Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Patricia — a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), board-certified health coach, and author of From Burnout to Balance.
My own experience with burnout inspired me to write my award-winning book, which combines practical health advice with healing recipes. That journey shaped everything I do today.
Through Wellness Intelligence™, we’ll create a personalized roadmap rooted in nutrition science, evidence-based behavior change, and real life — so you can feel more energized, calm, and confident in your everyday life.

We’ll begin with a focused 60-minute deep dive to clarify your goals, explore your current routines and stress points, and create the foundation for a personalized Wellness Intelligence™ roadmap.

Following your initial deep dive, the next nine 30-minute sessions are personalized to your wellness vision, goals, and real-life needs.
Together, we’ll draw from the Wellness Intelligence™ framework to support the areas that matter most to you, which may include:

One month after your final session, we’ll reconnect for a complimentary 30-minute check-in to review what’s working, address any roadblocks, and fine-tune your plan so you feel supported as you continue forward.
